Invoice & shipping date

Once we have finalized your order request, you will receive an invoice. 

Please note: Finalizing your order may involve a phone call as we have learned that a call can clear any confusion and clarify your order request to ensure we are on the same page.

Step 3

We'll make it & send it!

Once your invoice is paid, your order will be placed in our order queue to be handcrafted. You'll be notified when it's shipped.

Is there a minimum quantity?

B's Creations does not require a minimum order for their items.

Do you offer samples?

No, samples are not available. We will provide a mock-up of the item..

How long will it take to receive my order?

Turnaround time depends on complexity of design, quantity ordered, etc.

Once your order is placed, we will give you an estimated time of completion and delivery. Delivery may also be affected by carrier.

What products do you offer for custom orders?

How much are custom orders?

Custom orders vary in price based on design complexity, products, quantity, etc.

Once you have filled out the inquiry form and we have discussed your order, you will receive an estimate for your custom order.

If you would like to move forward, you will be sent an invoice to be paid in full.

Partial payments are not allowed for custom orders.

Do you offer refunds for custom orders?

Due to the customization and personalization, there are no refunds for custom orders.

When will my order ship?

Once your order is placed you will be given an estimated time of completion and shipment. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
